The Smart Products Report presents a comprehensive analysis of smart product perception and usage in Switzerland. Now in its third edition, this study draws insights from a representative survey of 1,062 participants, examining both consumer habits and perceptions related to smart products, while also exploring the growing adoption of AI tools such as chatbots.
The study was conducted by Sophia Prix, Jonas Goergen, Michele Russo, and Prof. Dr Emanuel de Bellis from the Institute of Behavioral Science and Technology at the University of St.Gallen (IBT-HSG). The study was made possible through the support of Vorwerk.
